MEET Erin

Erin Taddia has over 10 years of Human Resources experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders at 

every level of the organizational hierarchy. She is a Vice President, HR Business Partner with Citizens Financial Group; holds a 

B.S. in Marketing from Bryant University; M.A. in Adult Learning from New York University. 

Additional credentials include a SHRM-CP, Executive Coaching Certificate from NYU and Interpersonal Leadership Style (ILS) practitioner; she is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is currently pursuing her Associate Coaching Certification (ACC). 

She lives outside of Boston, MA with her husband and two energetic kiddos.
